What if I've never done any punching or kicking (martial arts) before?
That’s not a problem at all! Almost all of our new members had no previous experience with kickboxing or martial arts and continue getting great results.
Am I too old for this?
Nope. I know this because our classes are designed in a way that allows you to go at your own pace. Plus, we can always modify techniques and drills to support you if you’re dealing with any restrictions.
Will I have to worry about getting hit?
You won’t. The only thing getting beat up at KBX is the bag you’re working on. Our workouts give you all the benefits of a kickboxing workout (balance, strength, flexibility) without ever putting your body at risk.
